Figures from our client outcomes report, April 2024 to October 2026.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a six-month average to find a job in management and professional occupations, and this is one of the toughest white-collar job markets on record.

Demand keeps growing, and we have a waitlist.

The role

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, from their onboarding call to the day they accept an offer. You lead client meetings, coach interviews, track progress, spot problems early and work with the team to keep every search moving.

Our goal is an 11/10 client experience. Every client should feel supported, informed and sure that nothing is falling through the cracks.

RRA is an AI-first company. We automate repetitive work so our team can spend its time on relationships, personal guidance and results.

You report to the founder and work closely with our operations lead and our international search, resume and outreach teams.

What you will do

Client calls and relationships

  • Co-lead each new client's onboarding call. Set their search direction, explain how job ratings and outreach work, and set honest expectations on timing.
  • Walk each client through the onboarding checklist and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Run a weekly 1:1 with each client. Stay in close contact through the first weeks, then meet less often. Ask how they feel, review the jobs they rated and the ones we applied to, and adjust the search when their goals change.
  • After each call, review the automated brief posted to Teams for the search team: what the client wants, what changed and what to stop.
  • Be the main voice in each client's chat group. Reply fast and escalate when needed.
  • Carry client feedback to the rest of the team, and follow up on questions from either side.
  • Step in when a client goes quiet or gets discouraged. Find out why and make a plan with them.

Coaching

  • Help clients run parts of their own search with RRA's resources, templates and automated tools.
  • Prepare clients before their most important interviews. Run a mock interview, talk through likely questions and help them build four or five STAR stories.
  • Check in the same day after each interview. Edit their thank-you notes and coach them on when to follow up.
  • Celebrate every win, big or small.

Delivering and measuring value

  • Teach clients to keep every interview in our dashboard updated with the right stage and result.
  • Track each client's progress against our interview guarantee.
  • Watch each client's numbers: jobs waiting for review, applications sent, days to first interview and interviews to offer.
  • Get clients to rate jobs before they expire, approve resumes and answer recruiters within 24 hours.
  • Check each client's job-search inbox every week so no recruiter reply or interview request gets missed.

Audits and escalation

  • Work with our quality assurance team to keep each client's resumes, LinkedIn profile and search settings on point.
  • Catch issues before they grow, and flag a client who is behind before they have to tell us.
  • Escalate with facts: what is wrong, what the client said and what you recommend.
  • Raise it early when a client stops responding, or when cancellation or refund risk appears.
  • Give our search team clear direction on tone, timing and what each client wants.

Making the process better

  • Own our onboarding checklist and client templates, and improve them as you learn.
  • Turn what clients tell you into clear requests for our product team.
  • Use the AI tools we provide to improve RRA's client experience from start to finish.

  • You catch small errors: a wrong date, a wrong resume, a job that does not fit.
  • You give and take honest feedback, kindly.
  • At ease with dashboards, Teams and asynchronous work.
  • Based in the US, UK or South Africa. Available during US business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends, and quick to reply in group chats.
